Lutefisk is, without doubt, one of Norways most interesting fish dishes you can experience. Some love it - and some just don’t. Served with potatoes, mushy peas, bacon, flatbread, mustard and syrup/brown-cheese sauce. A must for everyone wanting a true Norwegian dining experience!

Our Norwegian oysters comes from the South of Norway. Rich creamy flavor and super fresh. Fin de Claire, a french oyster, is a fresh, salty, lean oyster.
